How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days of arrival. To keep them soft, store them in an airtight container at room temperature, or freeze them for up to 3 months.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship our treats across the entire country using expedited shipping to ensure they arrive at your doorstep as fresh as possible.
Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?
We currently offer a selection of gluten-free friendly and vegan flavors. Please check the 'Dietary Friendly' section of our menu for current availability.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Since our dough is prepared fresh daily, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
What should I do if my package is delayed or damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you provide nutritional and allergen information?
Yes, a full list of ingredients and common allergens is available on each product page. Please note that our kitchen processes nuts, dairy, and wheat.
